A pretty low level PayPal backed up scam that will set you back at least $50 dollars if you decide to cancel an order even if the item isn't sent.

Don't fall for that scam!!!
You buy a phone which is listed at €737, few days later you then proceed to your bank account only to find out that you were charged €755. When you decide to cancel the order and get a refund, then you get refunded on the listed price (not in the price you've actually paid) -4% because of PayPal fees. So all in all, a neat little scam between GizTop and PayPal that leaves you with -8% if you decide to cancel the order or to return it. Never buy from them of you value your money!
