I having a terrible experience with FirmStrong bikes. We order our bike on 5/21/02 and it was promised in late June. I now just got an email that it will be once again delayed until 10/28/20 after not hearing from them for over 2 months and only getting the computer generated email only after I sent a tracking request. Everyone else seems to be getting their bike in a month or 2. May I please get mine. Incredibly frustrated. Order number is FS8213 and it was ordered from Firmstrong on 5/21/20.
