Booked ferry tickets, and payment was already made. However, there was no order summary received. Went to multiple channels of customer service, however nobody responded even hours after the transaction. Do not trust this platform - they will just take your money and not even provide refunds as there is no one that is rectifying the situation. Daylight robbery at its finest.
