Wasn’t too sure about customer service then...
I have ordered 4 times from Jewelry Bund. The first time was great. The second time not so great. I was sent the wrong items. One item was manufactured backwards. One item looked damaged. I honestly was not sure about how the customer service was going to be. I reported the issue right away and shocked I got a reply later that evening. Super fast. They even credit me for the issues. Alex Lee and the other customer service reps were amazing. Super fast replies. I’m happy. My customers are happy. Accessories are amazing.
