Exchange of defect ring
I have in total purchased 3 rings from Moon Magic. Unfortunately the first two rings got stolen on holidays, but because I liked them so much, I ordered it for a third time. When the same ring got delivered, I realized that it was defect in that the stone was completely asymmetrical. I decided to keep it anyway. A couple of months later though the stone started getting lose, because it was not properly held, until eventually it fell out completely - 6 months after the purchase. I sent photos of the ring and described the defect, which was obvious. First I got offered a 20% discount which didn’t satisfy my expectations, so I explained the situation again. UPDATE: After my review here, the head of support reached out to me and I was very glad she comprehended the situation and they exchanged the ring free of charge for me!
