Bad, bad customer service
Bought 2 scooters. Nothing on website said you needed a driving license to operate them. Tried to return but NIU made this impossible despite a 30 return policy. Took 9 days to send me invalid shipping labels. Also FedEx told me they won't ship battery devices from stores. The instructions from NIU say cover the hazmat symbols on the box to conceal it includes lithium batteries. Pretty sure that is illegal. I can't get them back to NIU. Their customer service is slow and useless. UPDATE: Now asking me to add my contact details to this review. Which I would be dumb to do. But here is the order number #USNIU21151.
