unable to login after opening a dispute with paypal. I have opened such dispute because they don't ship my items

they promised to ship today and they didn't
They promise to ship in a day, they will ship in another time without telling the customer, if not when you contact them. I will use another agent, stop with yoybuy
anything is a good excuse to take other money
The pics of the items arrived are to be paid and that's ok, but the quality of the pics is not so good. If you ask them to check if an item has arrived with all its pieces, they want also to make you pay an extra fee. Surely I will check for other agents
