Not happy at all
Has been 3weeks since I filed a claim. Have provided all receipts, documents required etc Some emails sent take a while to acknowledge receipt, or no reply whatsoever, or you ask them a question or for an answer for something & they reply back with something completely different Can’t give a full timeframe from the start of claim to the outcome etc as I’m still waiting, so once the claims process has come to an end I will update this review Not happy with the very slow response via emails, or the lack of response. You send emails and they get ignored. The only person I’ve dealt with and heard from properly was a lady who called to run through the incident and she was very helpful and polite. Other than that, there’s no reply to any emails, if there is, it’s nothing to do with what you’ve asked. I wouldn’t recommend due to the emails being totally ignored/replied back to very late with the incorrect information. Not happy at all. It’s very draining and stressful to not know what’s happening and to not have the outcome.
