Awful! Don’t buy
Awful!! I own a party rental business, I emailed the company before deciding to purchase. They assured me the mascot/characters were as advertised. I paid $100 extra for expedited shipping. Both characters I ordered were smashed and taped down to fit in the tiniest boxes. I emailed them immediately they offered $100 to have the characters altered? Noooooooo. Joy Mascots we telling me that once I ship them back and pay fees I will lose money. The characters are stitched together loosely and also hot glued. They will not respond to my emails!! Buyer beware. I will not removed my review until my money is returned to my account.
