They've had my device in a repair centre for a month now, they have even tried to fob me off with a cheaper, less capable device as a replacement. I've asked for a refund multiple times and CS just ignore Emails. They have my Smartwatch, my money and are doing nothing to resolve the issue - don't buy Huawei, customer service is awful.
