I do not recommend Cherry Financial
I do not recommend Cherry Financial. My experience has been extremely disappointing and misleading. I applied for Cherry financing for services at a medical spa. Before receiving the services, I realized I was no longer financially able to continue with the payments, so I contacted the spa and canceled my appointments. I was instructed to continue making my monthly payments while my dispute was being reviewed, which I did. After waiting for a resolution, I was told I would only receive a partial refund. However, instead of refunding any of the money I had already paid, Cherry applied the amount to what they claimed was my remaining loan balance. I don't understand how this is considered a refund when I never received any money back for services that I never received. As a result, I paid more than $700 for absolutely nothing. I feel that the process was misleading, unfair, and lacked transparency. Consumers should fully understand how these financing agreements and refund policies work before signing anything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Cherry Financial. I encourage others to do their research and read all of the terms carefully before using this company.
