Great & personal customer service
I ordered a case for my tablet and downloaded the shop app which was pointless as the map showed the tablet had been stuck for days near Williamsburg. Although I emailed the mobspares customer service email. I received no reply. They contacted me through whatsapp. Gave me an update on regards to the delay and the options of whether I wanted to continue with the purchase or receive a full refund. Service was personal and extremely helpful. I didn't see it but hopefully they will add their whatsapp number to the website in case of any future customer queries.
