They trick you to remove bad review and never send item still.
So I am writing an update about this people and what they did after my first bad review here. First of all they took my money using my card and then told me I needed to pay again by bank transfer and I should notify them once I have paid. I was shocked because I just paid with card and they even sent me an order number. So I was pissed and tried logging into my account to view my order page then guess what it said my account doesn't exist. They took my money and then blocked me. I was more pissed then I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram telling them to give me my money or my order and they were not responding. I think after numerous bad reviews someone noticed and messaged me on WhatsApp sending me a screenshot of my order and saying they will send it out to me but I should remove the bad review I wrote. I told them I will if they send the item and I will be their number one pr officer. The person read it and said nothing. It is two months now and I haven't received any order. So Nihao if you have any decency please send me my order like you promised. Everyone can see I put my order number here. NHCN200922157706. This is scamming of the highest level. You trick people to remove their bad reviews and still don't send the item. Don't you know they can still go write another bad review. I just want my items so please send it NOW. I am tired of these back and forth because I am not giving up. Send my items and I will remove all my bad reviews. Don't send them and I will write a review everyday everywhere till I get you to send it to me. I have all the time post covid 19. It is up to you.
