This is an update to my earlier review where I was completely traumatized: The refund i requested took around 2 days (Requested Saturday posted to my account that following Monday)... not bad I guess would of been nice to get it quicker so I can whale in my game but whatever. As for the Verification Process... Well I had asked them to process my documentation and get my account ready for future purchases reguardless of the refund incase my local game card retailer is closed or out of stock. This process took about 4 days (documentation sent on a Saturday same time as refund, got the approval email Wednesday night). This is pretty bad compared to the refund but not outrages. The company has stated that they will try to work on expediting or rather speeding up with verification process. I could only hope that they really do make true on this promise to their customers.
