Lack of communication and care for players!
There is bad communication between this Publisher and their Rangers of Oblivion Dev team. This company does not care to collect feedback from its community. Their events lack likable content due the lack of attention and care for its community and the feedback from their players. Discord Moderator and Website Support contact lack the knowledge and care for their players. Their game client contact is incomplete, missing textures, character voices, incorrectly content applied, character messages with issues like not applying the player's character skin tone. This company does not even care to promote their game by using other websites like Giveaway, in order to get new players and grow up their community. They don't have vision!
