the worst experience
on October 1, 2020 (order number # 1100016138) I ordered a xiaomi mi 10 ultra phone with ultra-fast delivery from the EU warehouse. Although according to the specifications on the giztop website, the delivery had to take 4-8 days, after 5 days I received an email to confirm that the phone has china software and I agree with that. I confirmed although I found it strange for a phone that was not launched globally. After another two days I received another email asking me to wait another week because in China it is a national holiday. I did NOT understand how the delivery from an EU warehouse has to do with the respective holiday, so I canceled the order. I got my money back, but I lost 30 euros in foreign exchange commissions. The worst experience was the first and last time I bought from giztop
