Great products vs Terrible support
Im using several products from Nanoleaf and the quality of their products seems to be fine. I mostly use Matter products. Last time I bought a set of home kit bulbs from the official store but they did not fulfil my expectations due to a lot of lack in their app. I wrote them an email but still no response after 20 days. It seems that they even do not want to solve the issue. I would not recommend any product from them till they improve their support which is part of the product.
