Poor communication, returns not possible.
Got a faux-leather jacket that was waaay too small for me or for its stated size. Also, more like vinyl than leather. Wanted to return, tried to call their phone---number not in service. Followed their directions. Boxed up coat with a copy of all correspondence and sent to the Santa Fe Springs address. Came back, not opened, not even received. Wrote to ask why (don't they want the coat back for resale?). Never responded. They're crooks, all right. I'll donate the coat to charity, and I'm glad the merch was cheap so I'm not out that much money.
