Good but be prepared to pay
Happy to have my messages etc. transferred from my old to new phone, but less happy about having to pay a £30-odd fee to have the privilege. This was not clearly explained in the articles surrounding using the programme, nor during the download process. I had been under the impression this feature was available as part of the free package. Apart from that, a fast and relatively easy process.
