Rapoo Support doesn't exist
Contacted Rapoo Support twice via the homepage (rapoo-eu -> support) No respond. The support area does not exist. The supplier from GER is extremely helpful (bit-electronix) and supports in every situation (10 out of 10 points). The quality of the Rapoo E9260 keyboard is good, it looks very nice, the touch is good...unfortunately the keyboard doesn't work properly. Battery empty, although it has been replaced several times and is fully charged, after approx. 2 months of keystroke delay, keystrokes are not recognized, no reaction.
