KYC Verification Woes
I've been buying from Offgamers since 2015. My user status is currently Gold. This recent KYC verification has really pissed me off. I've sent the selfie photo that they asked from my mobile phone 3 times. Upload from my mobile device stated that it was successful, but their web panel stated otherwise. Live chat did not even offer me an alternative to verify my account even if I asked several times. I refused to do the selfie verification anymore. It has been a good run, but I won't be coming back anytime soon. You've lost one customer in me. --- Update (after 1 day): I sent an email to support as suggested by the rep, and they verified my account manually. I didn't have to submit additional documents anymore. Thank you for the assistance. I'll change my rating from 1 to 3. I still feel like I did not deserve to go through this ordeal.
