No refunds
I received my order and it didn’t really look like the photo, the photo on the website was misleading. The size was wrong. When I got ahold of customer service they made me take photos. They won’t allow you to refund after 7 days. They make it so every single time you want to talk to someone about this they create a ticket and someone doesn’t get back to you for a full day. So, what ended up happening is the entire process took too long because of their response time and I was never able to send the item back. Be careful they will not let you refund; they will make it almost impossible. Their response was we will let you keep the item and give you 10% off your next purchase. When I said no I wanted a refund no one got back to me. Now I have something that was suppose to be a workout outfit that looks like a plastic clown suit. I’m so disappointed
