Thank you to Natasha at Offgamers for being such a huge help to me. Spent at least a good hour talking me through my issues and trying to help the best she could, so I am very thankful for that. However, as a downside I am pretty upset about my order being cancelled and being forced a refund when it shouldn't have been, as I didn't prompt the refund/cancellation. So for that, I have lowered from a 4 to a 3. I still recommend Offgamers though.
