Worst customer service experience.
Bought a diver from this brand (Ironclad 40) within the year it had a pressure leak and water got inside of it - I never used it to dive, this happened while it was raining outside. I contacted the brand after my local watch repair shop said there was a leak on the watch that the manufacturer had to repair, and they never got back to me. Very upset with the whole experience and with the watch that I’m scared to use now because if it rains the movement could take in water again.
