On Saturday January 10, 2026 I proceeded to download the App from the Apple store. I did not realize that customer service from Wondershare and Dr Fone do not work on the weekends. The App store does. On loading the App, any person will see that it shows you a purchase option for the App and relates visually that it is necessary to purchase and use the App. No offer to use the App Dr. Fone for a trial period is then advertised. I checked under my settings and subscriptions on my phone. A subscription was listed for Dr. Fone pro that day 1-10-2027 Expiring January 10, 2027. I tried to promptly call and submit a notice to Dr. Fone,and Wondershare at once through my email, with no reply. On January 12, 2026 I was notified by email that I purchased Dr. Fone as a subscription. Now on January 15th I have received notice from Wondershare customer service that they wish to help me with the program. Trust Pilot has given me notice that they will take down my review if I don't supply more info on my review. No response from Wondershare on the trial period that they relate to in their advertising is mentioned; only they will help with the program and it’s not the service they want to offer. I found the program to be unsatisfactory and the process can be done with my Mac programs that are included with the computer. They offer no trial period guarantee. Please read other reviews that will agree with my assessment of Dr. Fone and Wondershare.They requested my email and it is enclosed with this review.
