I have yet to receive my order! I will review the product once it arrives. Lesson learned, I should have paid for expedited shipping. Tracking says it will be here today, I hope so! ORDER ARRIVED TODAY 11-14 I also received an email response from the 123Print Brand Manager earlier today assuring me that my long wait was not the norm (they shipped it on 11-3) & offering me a 20% discount. It's nice to know the company reads these reviews. My experience on their website was painless. They had many templates available & I found one that suited my needs. Doing the setup for my card was quick and easy with the provided instructions. I am very happy with the finished product and was happy with the price even before the discount. This is definitely a company I will use again.
