Never received order or a notice of delivery or delay
I placed an order for a wide brim solar fan fishing hat from them on Instagram on 6/6/26 that never arrived. The tracking link still indicates Gainesville, FL since early July. I used PayPal for payment and when I contacted PayPal on 8/6/26 to investigate and provide me with a refund, they told PayPal it was delivered. How cld it have been delivered if I have not received the merchandise, and the tracking still references Gainesville? I would never in good conscience recommend Wisdomthat, and I am now questioning PayPal.
