Order was cancelled due to no merchandize. Have to arrange refund. The process is very slow. But finally I have got a call from the team which is a polite update that the transaction was really being processed. Even though I am not happy with the slow transaction and waiting time, I appreciate the responsible update and follow up from the team. Thanks!
