Inaccurate sizing.
Sizing of their shoes had been very unpredictable. I am a size 38 but in the recent years have to take 39 at times (been wearing their shoes > 10 years). I had to throw away a few pairs which I bought online under their sale and as no exchange is allowed. Having a markdown of 30% is considered a great discount? I doubt so! Will have to think twice about buying the shoes.
