Removing payment options
Why did you remove the Bancnet as a payment option for topping up? I purchase gift cards regularly and its the best option for me since I'll only pay one processing fee and use the points. Now i cant even top up using the other payment methods as it's saying that I exceeded my weekly limit. I can only use the other payment methods of i buy the gift cards directly but thst means i have to pay the processing fee all the time. Fyi. I have 26000 worth of credits. Im planning to buy 100USD psn but i cant as i cannot topup for points. I can buy them direct but my points would just be sitting there. And i tried to buy it directly without using points and use the payment method and it still says I exceeded my weekly limit.. Please fix it and bring back the payment methods for topping up. Edit: changing to 4 stars since your cs helpmed me a lot.. Please give Hanna my compliments. Hopefully you can resolve the matter in the near future. Looking forward to use bancnet transactions again for topups.
