0 stars: Copyright Abuse team is essentially non-existent
We've reported multiple clone/scam websites impersonating our brand (VALUSIS) valusis to Dynadot's abuse team over the past several months. Every single time, the process is the same: submit a detailed complaint with evidence, receive an automated "thank you, we take this seriously" reply, and then wait. And wait. Takedowns, when they happen at all, take 1-2 months. Some of our reports have gone completely unanswered beyond the auto-reply, while THE SCAM CLONED WEBSITE ARE STILL ACTIVE, with the fraudulent domain still live and actively scamming customers under our brand name. There is no way to reach an actual human being. Every reply is a templated auto-response. No case updates, no timeline, no accountability. Meanwhile, a new clone of our site pops up almost every week, and we're stuck restarting this same broken process each time. If you're a legitimate brand relying on a registrar to act on abuse reports in any reasonable timeframe, look elsewhere. Dynadot's "abuse team" appears to exist purely to generate auto-replies, not to actually resolve anything.
