Pathetic exchange and refund runaround…
Exactly what everyone else has written here so far has happened to me! Beware! If the item is faulty or you have a complaint they close your account and say it is a website sever update or some excuse. They give the run around everytime, seems everyone has the issue with Mia and her understandingfor returns and exchanges. I have been offered credit for something i had returned and was told i could choose several items then they turned around and said due to website update they can only do one item now. They use any excuse they can! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! I fear i will never see my my return or refund! SCAMMERS!!!
