The customer service is excellent from this vendor.
The customer service is excellent, responses are quick and accurate. Product is high quality. The reason for only three stars it that the prices for China products are too high compared to what I feel is the advantage of China in manufacturing low costs. Now I am receiving many advertisements and perhaps the vendors believe we will pay those prices. I have been looking for a small DC gearmotor for two weeks not from the vendor I already used but for different products not available from them and this service doesn't seem to be as interested in my application.
