Avoid this service; not a business that cares for its clients
I wish I had read the reviews here prior to signing up with HeyTutor. They indeed are very quick to take your money up-front, and then effectively disappear. The tutor I was put in contact with after specifying what I was after was not a fit. After that, I never heard back from them; once they have your money, they're done. I called today to get my account cancelled, they will not do it. I haven't experienced anything like this for the 5 years I've been living in the US.
