The end of an era
Love their stuff (hence the three stars). Used to recommend them. But very disappointed with my latest experience. Won't buy again. Lost a chunk of money as I had placed a large order. They used Yodel and this is what happened: I had a parcel dropped off onto my front door. In. Plain. Sight. I WAS HOME!! It was the evening, 19:40. The parcel was stolen, of course. I only knew it had been 'delivered' some 24h later, when I received an email. Buykud considers it delivered. Yodel considers it delivered. The end.
