I signed up as a referral partner with ROK Financial. Christian Kelleher was not only very friendly and personal but he took the time on several occasions to explain me the process and understand how I could help my clients. I referred one of my clients to them but for some reason my client didn’t answer his phone or returned our phone calls. We kept trying for a couple of weeks. I gave up thinking that maybe he changed his mind because he would not returned any of my calls. After 6 weeks, Christian called me and told me that a referral payment is coming my way from funding my client . I found out that Timothy Stines, the ROK Financial partner in charge of my client’s file continued to reach out to my client and after 50 attempts , my client responded and he was able to process his file and get him funded . People at ROK Financial really care about entrepreneurs! I highly recommend them!
