Scam, Misleading, Malvertising
Dreadful. Not only does it not immediately redirect to your specified URL, but it has the high chance of redirecting you to a malvertisement that, if blindly followed, can infect your computer. Many attempts of captcha to waste your time. Many middleman advertisements & further captcha & countdowns to further waste your time, before it gives you the actual link. Test and see even w/o an account, in a protected environment (and if you know what you're doing). Shorten any URL, visit the generated URL, but do not ever follow any instruction you read beyond that.
