Even with spreadsheets and emails, I would keep working with NSS
I have been using logistic services and fulfillment centers from China to Europe since December 2013. At that time, and for years, we've been using spreadsheets and a lot of back and forth emails. As I have a team with me, it wasn't a problem, everything went smoothly for years. However, I have to say that NSS is a game-changer. And it saved at least one of my businesses (that went on generating about 100k$ in two months). So I guess this review is certainly going to be biased in their favor. I discovered them during the 2020 covid-19 pandemic : As I started to encounter problems with my long-time partners, I started to look for plan Bs to reinforce my business, and avoid any delays with my shipments. And I must say : not everything was perfect working with NSS. We encountered problems, especially as governments/customs put sticks in our wheels... But NSS has more than one trick up its sleeve, one especially that changes everything : the customer service is outstanding. Every time we've encounter a problem, we discussed it on WeChat (as I'm in China, I think other customers use WhatsApp), and found a solution. Like that one time when about 114 parcels of mine were blocked in Hong Kong, they got every one of them back and shipped them again via another logistic route. Just for that, I recommend NSS. I won't tell you about the API, the integration with our Shopify shops or AliExpress seller account. I won't speak about their great inventory system and all that stuff. Because even with spreadsheets and emails I would keep my relationship with NSS. I am a businessman : What I need the most when I choose someone / a company to work with, is good communication and efficiency. I need partners that understand my needs, human people that can provide a win-win solution to every problem. People that are not afraid to work overtime with me to find solutions if I am in a difficult position. That, NSS provides. __ Regarding my experience, to put things into context and help you with your choice : - I mostly use their Shenzhen warehouse - My customers are in Europe (FR/BE/CH/IT/ES) - I also opened another warehouse in Europe to use in the near future.
