Shipping times are a lie, CS worthless
Shipping times are a lie. The checkout page gives a delivery date. The date came and went, I called customer service. According to to the CS minion I should have shipping and handling on another page, which states Grunt Style has 72 hours plus weekends and holidays to ship the order the date means nothing. I worked my way through their customer service tree from service rep. to supervisor to manager. All wanted to argue that it was my fault and my expectation was wrong. I would run from this company they are not worth your hard earned money.
