Unable to contact customer service team
I ordered 3 of JJ's House Try it at Home dresses for my daughters prom - she likes the one dress and we would like to purchase. The website says you need to return any unwanted dresses within 7 days - I have my order number but its just not recognised on their system at all!? I have tried emailing them but no one answers! Very frustrating! Updated 16 May: If that order number isn't correct - are you able to find 3453782 ? Updated 17 May: JJ. Came to the rescue thank you!
