This company works with the principle of scamming innocent persons. I booked my flight ticket in March 2019- Explore trip reference number- V7B66G from Toronto to Santiago for travel in December 2019 with Copa Airlines. This was well before Covid 19. The airline had changed the schedule and offered full refund. Unfortunately, the booking was made with ExploreTrip.com and they refunded the money directly to them. It has been 10 months since I raised my refund request for $ 2500 Canadian dollars, and I did not get my money back. Inspite it making more than 200 calls in the past 10 months and exchanging more than 100 emails of my self and Airlines confirmation, they have come back to me with lies. How can a company take 10 months to process a refund. This company’s strategy is to sell tickets for 50-75 dollars cheaper than its competitors to lure people to book tickets on their website. Once ticket is booked, they will ensure that if you ever cancel or get refund from the airline, they will scam you and take away you hard earned money. I wonder they must have scammed thousand of inoceant travelers and robbed their hard earned money.
