What an absolutely difficult company to…
What an absolutely difficult company to activate with with essentially useless customer service. Had some difficulty activating online, called customer service, reached an offshore agent, difficulty understanding and ultimately disconnected. Tried again online and received a message that too many attempts were made and must wait. 24 hours. Called customer service, again, offshore representative, again incredible difficulty understanding and was told that they have no ability to override the 24 hour issue. Tried again the next day and still received 24 hour notice, tried customer service again with same outcome. Tried a third day and received the same notice. Called Xfinity and was activated within 10 minutes. Ultimate cost is only slightly more, had effective customer service and I’m not subject to ridiculous data limitations. Can’t believe Chuck McDowell would risk his reputation for this company.
