Unhelpful and pricey
Be careful if you order a ring! Their sizes are off and they won’t help with exchanging. Return costs are extortionate so you’re stuck with what you ordered unless you pay them more money. You then have to reorder the product, which has £15 delivery costs. So once you’ve exchanged, you’ve spent an additional £30. It’s ridiculous! Sad that a company who emphasises good energy is so unhelpful with their customers
