DO NOT BUY this machine unless you want to get caught in never ending saga of trying to get hold of someone that can help you from Rotimatic team. I wish I can give negative rating or even 0 stars... The machine was ok to be honest, but broke after barely 3 months. And then the nightmare began. Customer service is horrible - We did not get answers to our complaints for weeks. When they do reply once in a blue moon , its just excuses and false promises about replacement machine that never arrived. Its sad that even in 2026, there is no value for Customer' s hard earned money and companies like this survive and escape any consequences. I read some reviews where people mentioned a guy called Asrar helped them , you guys gave me tiny bit of hope and stopped me from throwing this shit into garbage - so now I am praying for "Asrar" angel to see my repeated messages sent to Rotimatic team and save me from this misery
