I do not trust this company anymore, Call your airline directly.
I do not trust this company anymore. They told me to stay 2-3 months for my cancellation refund tickets. then they said to stay 1-2 more months so I called Turkish airline and they confirmed they paid my refund. I call them and told them that Turkish paid them then they promise to have my refund by 8-10 days. This company capt the customer's refund and charge a service fee so they deserve all these reviews when they don't have honesty. Refer to my first review I call them 2 weeks later that is today 11/2/2020 and they said the same excuses again and again also asked to wait more 7-10 days. there is something wrong with this company. this is the only way to ask for my right.
