I have been a fan of Fire Maple for a few years. From the pots, the excellent Petrel series, the stoves, to the accessories, I have been consistently impressed with the function and the quality. Never disappointed, I eagerly follow new developments and offerings from Fire Maple. Great stuff!
The first thing that makes my experience with Fire Maple great is the function of the products themselves. The stoves, cookware, and accessories work as advertised. Functional, durable, and cost effective, my purchases were well chosen and do not disappoint. Customer service is noteworthy. The staff is responsive and addressed my concerns promptly, resolving any issues effectively to my satisfaction.Well done, Fire Maple. You have a big fan.
I have several items from Fire Maple, to include the Antarcti 1.2 liter pot, Hornet II stove, Sporks both titanium and composite, and the Petrel pot. In all cases, the function and quality is promised. As impressive is a recent customer issue in which Fire Maple stepped up and made everything right. Top flight Customer Service with excellent products are a great combination.
