Since launching my accessory business I have been ordering wholesale from here and despite a few hiccups with out of stock items majority of my products have been of amazing quality. Shipping has definitely sped up since the beginning stages of COVID and I’m super grateful for that. I have had great communication so far with reps and my manager Summer. There were a few times where I didn’t receive some items but a credit was given in place of those. A piece of advice would be to check your order and packing slip to make sure you have all of items listed. If not, reach out as soon as you can to get your issue resolved. Overall, I would recommend shopping wholesale with them.
