bought what they claim is a lambswool…i did contact The company and they would not refund me my money offered me £15-00 very bad customer service. poor quality goods too
bought what they claim is a lambswool coat. which it certainly is not. quality is rubbish had a hole in the pocket. feels more like felt than lambswool. want my money back. cannot contact the company as the submit button on their website does not work I have now emailed the company again today 1/2/25 waiting on their response
