Worst experience!! Pathetic customer service
Worst experience! Customer service reps are working from home and they hardly understand what you speak. They get frustrated on the call itself..I should have booked my ticket from Expedia.. I am editing my comment as Exploretrip doesn't seem to get why I have given them a 1-star rating. I wish I could give a 0-star... I am only frustrated on the low standard of customer service reps they have. You would need to call them atleast 5-6 times before you could have a sensible rep on the phone. All the reps are so disinterested and sound so lousy. So abrupt with how they communicate. I really wonder how these reps even have jobs. None of the reps are cordial at all..
