BEWARE! Cossky will steal your money
I order a $160 Jasmine costume from Cossky and it was never delivered to me. I reached out their customer service department and they told me to contact usps. First attempt: zero help. After contacting usps they said it was delivered but I never received. Cossky’s response “sorry too bad, it’s not our fault” Second attempt zero help AND they were insulting. I am basically out $160 and nothing to show for it. STAY AWAY FROM COSSKY and spend your money at other places, that will offer help when something goes awry with your order. Very, very, very poor customer service.
